How do you control quality when sewing large wholesale quantities?

We have implemented a strict multi-stage quality control department (technical control department). We check the quality of the fabric even before cutting, monitor the evenness of the seams at the assembly stage and be sure to test the reliability of the application (embroidery, DTF, silk-screen printing) before final ironing. Each product is inspected by hand. If a defect is discovered, we remake the item at our own expense before shipment to the client.

Can you develop custom patterns and size charts for our team?

Yes. With individual tailoring, we are not tied to standard factory blanks. If you need hyper-oversized hoodies, elongated models, cropped sweatshirts or an extended size range (from XXS to 5XL), our designers will develop unique patterns that will fit your employees perfectly.

In what format should layouts for printing and embroidery be provided?

Ideally, we accept sources in vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, CDR) or high-resolution raster (from 300 dpi). But even if you only have a picture from the Internet or a hand sketch, it’s not a problem. Our designers will redraw the layout in vector and competently adapt it to the strict technical requirements of a silk screen or embroidery machine.

Project objective

It was important for us to create capsule merch for Hitech that looks modern, strengthens the brand and is actually used by employees every day.

A hoodie made of thick 3-thread footer helps you create strong corporate clothing: comfortable, relevant and exactly matching the brand’s signature color.

A bucket hat with logo embroidery strengthened the collection and added a lifestyle vibe to it. This accessory is easier to wear outside the office and at events.

The custom shopper with full-color sublimation in the cut turned out to be bright, durable and useful. This is no longer packaging, but a full-fledged part of the merch collection.

Silk-screen printing was chosen to apply the logo. This method produces a clean, long-lasting print and works well in fashion merch and corporate clothing collections.

Capsule merch helps build a unified brand image, strengthen HR communications and make corporate clothing useful in real life.

Benefits for business

The project was not built around random souvenirs, but around an entire collection. We wanted to combine corporate clothing, useful accessories and a unified corporate identity so that the merch looked relevant, was worn in life and supported a strong brand image.

For Hitech, we opted for a bespoke hoodie to have precise control over the fabric shade, fit and overall feel of the piece. Thick footer 250 g/m² with a composition of 80% cotton and 20% polyester gives comfort to wear, holds its shape well and makes the hoodie a full-fledged part of the fashion merch collection.

The Panama hat is made of 100% cotton with a density of 340 g/m² and holds its shape well. We chose embroidery for the logo because it looks neat, expensive and retains its good appearance longer. Due to this, the Panama hat has become not just an additional accessory, but a full-fledged part of the Hitech capsule merch.

The shopper was made from thick fabric 260 g/m², and we applied the graphics using the sublimation method in the cut. This made it possible to obtain a bright and durable full-color print that retains the richness and accuracy of the design. This shopper is convenient to use in the city, office, at exhibitions and corporate events.

Screen printing with the logo was the right solution for this project because it gives solid color, a clear outline and is durable to wear. Such a print does not overload the item, looks neat and makes branding part of the product, and not just a technical application on the fabric.

For business, this approach gives much more than ordinary promotional merch. A single collection helps strengthen the HR brand, make the welcome pack more valuable, support corporate events and create a more modern image of the company. When things are actually worn, the brand receives more attention, trust and live touches with the audience.
