How does payment work? Do you work with VAT (ԱԱՀ)?
Yes, we work completely officially with legal entities (ՍՊԸ, ԱՁ) in Armenia. Payment is made by bank transfer in drams. We provide all closing documents and issue electronic tax invoices (via e-invoicing) with allocated VAT (20%), which makes cooperation convenient for your accounting department.

Are your photos suitable for local aggregators (Glovo, Yandex Eats, Menu.am)?
Yes, we thoroughly know the technical requirements of all popular delivery platforms in Armenia (frame proportions, permissible file weight, correct background and padding). You will receive a separate folder with optimized frames, which aggregator moderators will approve the first time.

How is the price determined: do we pay per hour of work or per number of dishes?
No problem. Our team is bilingual: we communicate freely in both Armenian and Russian. The photographer will easily find a common language with your chef, sous-chef and restaurant managers, and we offer a flexible approach. For catalog shooting of menus, the rate most often used is per shift (2-3 hours), where we manage to shoot 15–25 items - this is beneficial for large menus. If you need a complex image shoot with unique food styling om, we can calculate the cost for a specific number of approved compositions so that the process of issuing dishes and filming goes smoothly and without misunderstandings.

The market in Yerevan is very fast. Is it possible to receive a photo earlier than 3 days in advance?
The standard delivery time for finished material with color correction and retouching is 3 working days (which is already faster than most offers on the market). If you have a deadline before a technical opening or an urgent announcement, we can send several key processed frames right on the day of shooting.

Do you only photograph food or can you help with the layout of the menu itself?
Impulse Media is a full-service agency. We don’t just give you photos, we can develop for you a modern design for a printed menu (properly creating texts in Armenian, Russian and English), create table tents, and also completely package the restaurant’s Instagram profile.

Is the photo quality sufficient for printing on street billboards in Yerevan?
Absolutely. Under the agreement, you receive full commercial rights to the content. We provide you with the sources in maximum studio resolution.
