All rights to texts, images, and video materials published on impulsemedia.io, in our print publications, and on social media belong to IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC (except where another author is explicitly indicated) and are protected under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Use of the Website materials in violation of any of these Terms means that such materials are used without the permission of IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC. This may result in liability under the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Reprinting and Quoting for Informational Purposes

Reprinting, distribution, and reproduction of any materials from the Website, print publications, and social media posts for informational, scientific, educational, or cultural purposes is permitted only in compliance with the requirements and with mandatory indication of the source and authorship of the materials.

Such free use is permitted without the consent of IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC subject to the following conditions.

• Partial use or quotation (reproducing up to 30% of the text from which the quote is taken) must be limited to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation.
• Shortening or rearranging parts of the material is permitted only to the extent that it does not distort its meaning.
• When publishing materials on the Internet, an active, direct, indexable hyperlink to impulsemedia.io or an exact link to the page with the original quoted or republished material is required.
• When publishing materials in print media, a textual reference to IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC with the Website address impulsemedia.io is required.

Commercial Use

Any images, texts, and videos published on impulsemedia.io, in our print publications, and on social media may be used in advertising materials of a corporate gifts seller (on online resources and in print publications) only with the written consent of the rights holder.

Use of materials from the electronic catalog published on impulsemedia.io is permitted only on the websites of companies that purchase products from IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC and are listed when access is registered. Creating services that transfer electronic catalog data to other resources via API is prohibited. When developing software products that use this data (for example, a Bitrix module for uploading catalog products), user authorization via a personal login issued by IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC must be provided.

When placing the IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC electronic catalog on its own website, a company undertakes to display the logos, catalogs, and products of IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC on equal terms with the logos, catalogs, and products of other suppliers.

Electronic catalog materials are provided by IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC in standard configuration and may not be modified.

Applying a company watermark to product images from the electronic catalog is a direct infringement of the copyright of IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC.

Product text descriptions may either be fully disabled (and, if necessary, replaced with the company's own descriptions) or used in full and without changes. Indication of IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC's exclusive rights to its own developments is mandatory in any case.

Use of images and texts from the electronic catalog on impulsemedia.io to commercially promote products not purchased from IMPULSE MEDIA GLOBAL LLC constitutes an infringement of the rights holder's rights.
